  • The Platform isn't your average apartment complex. With 300+ upscale units in Northern San Jose, their fitness centers needed to match the property's premium feel. The old ceramic tile wasn't cutting it. It looked dated, wore fast, and didn't hold up to daily resident use. Management needed a flooring partner who could source the right product, coordinate contractors and installers, and deliver across two locations without disrupting residents.

  • Flooring first, that was always the plan. We sourced durable, high-quality interlocking rubber tiles built for heavy residential use and managed the full project from layout mapping to final install. Both locations ran simultaneously. The first gym was completed and opened to residents before work shifted to the second, keeping the property running and residents happy throughout.

  • HOW WE DO IT

    • Site Assessment & Layout Mapping: Both gym locations were measured and mapped. Layouts designed to maximize usable space and visual appeal.
    • Flooring Sourced & Specified: High-quality interlocking rubber tiles selected for durability, clean in appearance, and built to handle daily residential traffic.
    • Phased Installation Across Both Sites: Gym 1 was completed and reopened to residents first. Work then shifted to Gym 2, no overlapping downtime, no disruption.
    • Full Coordination & Daily Check-ins: Every contractor and installer kept aligned with daily updates. Management stayed informed at every step.
