Everyone has questions when making an online purchase. Below are answers to frequently asked questions about your Shorty Bar order and more.

Where is my order? Once your Shorty Bar order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear. 

How do I care for my new Shorty Bar?  Use a dry microfiber cloth for daily wipe downs. Do not scrub or use abrasives. A soft plastic bristle brush can be used to clean out the knurl. Apply 3:1 oil to a lint free cloth to maintain your bar. Frequency will depend on your climate and humidity. 

How should I store my new Shorty Bar? Store your bar horizontally, preferably on a rack. Vertical storage may damage your bar. Do not store bar with weights on it.

Should I use chalk? We suggest using chalk on the knurling of your new Shorty Bar.

How much weight can the Shorty Bar hold? The Shorty Bar can hold 360lbs.

Does the Shorty Bar come with a warranty? Yes. Your bar comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect.

Do you share my personal information with third parties? Details regarding personal information collection and sharing can be found in our Privacy Policy. 

How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping will be calculated at checkout for your online Shorty Bar order. All other online orders are for pick up. For orders placed with our sales staff, shipping, freight and/or delivery charges will be calculated at invoicing.

Do you ship outside of the United States? We only ship Shorty Bars purchased online and  custom flooring orders to the US continental 48 States.

How does my order ship? Online Shorty Bar orders are shipped through UPS ground. Depending on the delivery address, your order may take one to two weeks to arrive. Flooring, custom and equipment orders placed with our sales staff are shipped via freight and/or local delivery. 

Do you ship Shorty Bars to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses using either UPS or the United States Postal Service.

Can I change my order after I place it? We strive to fill each order quickly and accurately, therefore once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. Please verify all information before placing your order.

Can I place an order by phone?  At this time, all Shorty Bar orders must be placed online in order to ensure stock availability and timely delivery. We have made our online order placement fast, easy to follow and safe.
