When am I charged for my order?
You are billed when you place your order.

How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once you submit your order you will receive an email with an order number. You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up or ships which will include tracking information

Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Weights and Bars is required by law to charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to the following states: California. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to other states. In some states, shipping charges are also subject to tax.

How much do you charge for shipping? 
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping, freight or delivery charges for special or custom orders will be provided on your invoice. In some cases, local delivery is available. Delivery cost will depend on equipment being delivered and distance from warehouse. All shipping, freight and delivery charges are nonrefundable.

Can I change my order after I place it? We strive to fill each order quickly and accurately, therefore once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. Please verify all information before placing your order. You can email us at info@weightsandbars.com for your specific change.

Can I return my Weights and Bars purchase? 
We offer Returns/Exchanges within 14 days of purchase on most equipment unless otherwise noted below or on your quote or invoice. You may return your product for a different product, or store credit within 14 days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns for refunds. You are responsible for all return shipping, freight, extraction, and restocking fees. Initial shipping, freight and installation charges are nonrefundable. See our Return/Exchange policy.

Can I cancel my order?
Our system is designed to process orders immediately. Once an order has been submitted there is no guarantee that the order can be cancelled before it is shipped. To submit a request to have your order cancelled, please contact us info@weightsandbars.com We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation before it ships.
